Teachers
GFCS is always looking for excellent teacher resumes to keep on file to be considered for the following school year. Applicants must be a committed Christian and agree with our doctrinal statement. They must also have a current Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential to qualify. Experience with using A Beka Book curriculum would also be beneficial but not required.
Please apply by filling out the teacher application and mailing it to 4837 Marconi Ave. Carmichael, CA 95670 or emailing it to gracefamilyschool@gmail.com along with the following:
- Cover letter
- Resume
- Letter of Christian testimony and background

Parent/Grandparent Volunteers
In order to keep costs down for tuition, GFCS involves parents, grandparents, and other church volunteers in the school program. Parents are required to volunteer 10 hours per semester. The following is a list of possible jobs that will be open for the fall school year.
- Classroom Volunteers – Help the teacher with various activities in the classroom such as seatwork, art, music, recess, and class projects
- Cleaning Volunteers – Help clean the classroom
- Kitchen Volunteers – Help set up for lunch and clean after lunch. Parents can also help with cooking in the kitchen lunch
- After School Program – Some Kindergarten students will stay after school if they have an older sibling in the school. Volunteers are needed to help with this program as well. Contact Jamie Wallen for more information
- Before and After School Volunteers – Help the teacher set up the school before and after school, be on yard duty while students arrive or are dismissed, correct papers, prepare art projects, or help clean the classroom to be ready for the following school day.
